As manufacturers of detailing chemicals, we’re true masters of our craft. We do everything in-house – from A to Z. Our products are made in our own factory right here in Poland. This allows us to have full control over the production process – we can guarantee that every jar, bottle, or tube that leaves our factory meets the highest standards.

We are a manufacturer of car care products
Our production base is located within the European Union, in Poland. We have our own chemical laboratory, production lines, and warehouses. This allows us to control the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping processes on a daily basis. Having our own production also provides greater flexibility in replenishing stock and frequently refreshing it, which prevents our products from aging in the warehouses. At the moment, we have approximately 2000 m2 of production and storage area.
Brand history
We are a manufacturer of high-quality detailing products… but it wasn’t supposed to be this way, let’s start from the beginning. Rafal, the owner and creator of RRCustoms, never thought when setting up his company that he would become a manufacturer, and that he would be producing high-quality detailing chemicals. The beginnings date back to 2000 when the journey with cars started. The early years were about visual tuning of both cars and motorcycles, extensive projects like vehicle reconstruction and renovation, custom car painting, and so on. Between 2006 and 2009, Rafal worked in London at a well-known tuning company. This period was invaluable for his personal development, and also marked the beginning of detailing and wrapping at RRCustoms. After returning to Poland and “bringing RRCustoms back to life”, new skills and capabilities were permanently added to the service set. The subsequent years transformed the company towards car wrapping and cosmetics. The continuous development of the brand, in search of better detailing products, resulted in cooperation with an independent chemical laboratory, the hiring of chemists, and the start of work on our own detailing products. In 2016, the first RRCustoms car cosmetics were created and enthusiastically received by the market. This gave us motivation to continue working on new products while focusing our activity on manufacturing. Currently, we offer more than 50 detailing products and are present on three continents in dozens of countries. Our laboratory is supported by two independent research institutes that have encouraged us to improve and create new products.

Training Center
After several years of providing auto detailing, car window tinting, and car wrapping services, the popularity of RRCustoms resulted in a significant number of individuals eager to undergo training at our company. They wanted to gain knowledge and skills in the RRC environment. This motivated us to start training cycles in detailing, window tinting, and wrapping. The year 2015 marks the official start of RRCustoms’ Training Center operations. Over the course of 8 years, our training center has educated hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals. A significant group of our trainees successfully run their own businesses and even their own training centers thanks to us. Our training center is housed in a modern, air-conditioned, 200 square meter building. We have several highly qualified trainers with over 10 years of experience. During the courses, we provide catering and assistance in organizing stays in Kielce. To impart the maximum amount of knowledge, we conduct training individually or in small groups. An important feature of our training is its intensity; we make maximum use of training time to impart as much knowledge as possible to our trainees. Our trainers are fluent in English. There is also the possibility of conducting the training “at the client’s premises” anywhere in the world.

About our products
The most important branch of our company is the production of high-quality detailing products. In our offer, you will find two lines of our products – BadBoys and Professional.
BadBoys
The BadBoys line includes detailing cosmetics, dedicated to both amateurs and professionals. When creating this line of cosmetics, we strived to balance the safety of the product with the power of the chemical action, and the ease and pleasure of using it. Most BadBoys products are enriched with wonderful fragrance compositions. The Bad Boys line is a Premium line, thanks to the use of high-quality chemical raw materials, bottles, and triggers, guaranteeing maximum user satisfaction. The style of our packaging and labels reassures the user that they are working with top-tier products! The BadBoys line consists of over 50 products, from cleaners and dressings for various types of surfaces, both inside and outside the car, through traffic film removers, shampoos, active foams, polishing pastes, waxes, detailers, or ceramics. Available packaging from 150ml to 20l (on request).
Professional
The Professional line is (as the name suggests) directed to car washes and detailing centers. These are highly concentrated products with reinforced action. In these products, we have managed to reduce costs by eliminating high-cost additives such as fragrances or colors. Thanks to this, you receive strong, safe, high-quality concentrated products at a reasonable price. Products of the Professional series are available in capacities from 5 liters to 1000-liter packages.
Polishing Pads
Many years of experience in working on paint corrections prompted us to create a line of polishing pads that are as universal as possible, which are suitable for both DA and rotary machines. RRCustoms polishing pads are characterized by the use of high-quality open-cell foam and a special pad-velcro welding procedure that prevents delamination. Thanks to the technology used, our pads offer high durability, improved cooling, and stable structure (foam hardness) during operation. In addition to foam pads, we also offer fibrous, wool, and microfiber pads for heavy cutting, as well as felt pads for glass polishing. In the Bad Boys line, you will find six different polishing compounds, ranging from heavy cutting compounds to finishing polishes, which work perfectly with our entire range of pads.
Car Scents
Our continuously expanding line of car scents is a perfect complement to the BadBoys product range. In addition to aerosol sprays, we also produce high-quality, long-lasting wooden air fresheners infused with delightful scents. With these, your car will always smell fresh and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere during your journeys. Our car fragrances are an excellent solution to add charm and comfort to your driving experience.
